The raw materials come from the local population of goats (Deshkar, Bihang, Angaro, etc…). They are usually used during winter season.

Bhujodi Shawls:

The tradition of weaving these kinds of shawls in Gujarat is over 500 years old. Their unique weaving tradition is attributed to their connection with the Rabari tribe in Kutch. These shawls are woven with extra-weft designs on a plain warp, using rich shades of natural color. Their specialty also lies in the fact that they not only provide warmth during winter but also keep the wearer cool during summer.
