Improvize your Focus Level!

Worried about wandering and getting lost in thought when you need to focus on your tasks, which is leaving behind nothing but stress and unease. Remember, our body and mind belong to us. People are the way they are because of their limitations. Each one must strive to break their limitations to their utmost capability. We have to use our MIND & BODY to the best of our ability.

Don't get stressed, stress is something we don't know how to manage. When one is blissful, our body and mind will play at their best. We face many challenges in life, but you should not be a barrier to yourselves by degrading your potential.

Let's take a look at what we can do to improvise your focus level. Some simple practices we put in every day will make a lot of difference in how you can function.

1.MEDITATE

Science has proof that meditating consistently can increase your focus level to a great extent. Just deep breathing for a few minutes as soon as you wake up or any time of the day would immensely benefit your physical and mental health.

2.TIME BLOCKING

Time Blocking is allotting a particular time for your tasks and trying to complete them in that allotted time. Initially, it might be difficult, but as you practice you'll get a grip of it. Make sure to have breaks in between tasks so that you don't get bored, it can be a coffee break, taking your pet for a walk, or even napping.

3.KEEP IT CLEAN!

Did you ever know that keeping your surroundings and yourself clean can boost your mental happiness and greatly help you in concentrating on your tasks? It also motivates you to keep up the good work.

4.NAH! DON'T MULTITASK!

First master the skill of doing a single task. Multitasking can confuse your mind and guides it all the way to wander. So try not to multitask, rather plan it out and do it separately by time blocking.

5.PLAN IT OUT!

Plan out your day in the morning before you start your day or the night before. Start each day with a quick review of what you want to accomplish. Write out a prioritized list of goals and give the most preference to the topmost priority of your day. As I mentioned earlier, taking breaks is very important for your brain to recover from what you're doing. Reward yourself after the completion of your goals for the day. Also, set weekly & monthly goals to progress your improvement.

6. DRINK IT IN — SWEAT IT OUT

Hydration plays a vital role when it comes to having good mental and physical health. At least drink 2 liters of water every day to keep your body hydrated. Dehydration can highly impact your well-being. On the other hand, sweating out (workout) at least 3 times a week or for even 30 minutes on the chosen days can significantly benefit you immensely.

Remember, wandering is completely normal. But involving your attention diligently in your tasks would be a great way to increase your focus level.

Conclusively, you’re the commander of your own pathway to the knowledge of controlling your thoughts and improving your focus level.
